Boiler Service
An annual service keeps your gas boiler running safely. The visit takes around 60 minutes, costs a fixed £120 including VAT, and is carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer.
What the service includes

Combustion and flue gas analysis
An electronic analyser reading, recorded against the manufacturer's figures.
- 02
Clean and reseal
Burner, heat exchanger, condensate trap and seals cleaned and refitted as required.

Gas pressure and flow rate
Working pressure and gas rate checked, and the installation tightness tested.
- 04
Safety devices and findings
Controls, ventilation and safety devices checked, with any issues explained before you decide on next steps.

Do you service any make of boiler?
We service most domestic gas boiler makes. Please ask if yours is less common.
What if you find something wrong?
Any parts or further work are priced and agreed with you before anything is fitted.
Do I need to be in the whole time?
Someone needs to provide access to the boiler and controls, but you are free to carry on with your day.
Can I add a Gas Safety Certificate?
Yes. Choose Service + Certificate when you book: both in one 90-minute visit for £180, including VAT.
