Gas Safety Certificate (CP12)

Annual CP12 gas safety inspections for landlords and letting agents.

Landlords must have gas appliances and flues checked every 12 months by a Gas Safe registered engineer, and give tenants a copy of the record. The visit takes 30 minutes and costs £90, including VAT.
